The studio is located in a new building in one of the top districts in Moscow. Our small but super cozy flat is situated in one of the best Moscow's district. Also this is a new community that means everything is new and fresh. The yard is available only for people who live in this community. It's beautiful and quiet, so nice to have a walk in there and make pictures. What I personally like about this flat is that right under the building there is shopping mall! It takes you 2 minutes to get there. It has restaurants, grocery store, gym club, hairdressing, dry cleaning, drugstore etc. Ain't that convenient? In the neighbor building there is another grocery store and pizzeria. The window goes to the yard so you won't be bothered by the street noise at all. The flat is equipped with everything important - shower cabin and shampoo, washing machine, stove and oven, fridge and microwave, 1 bed and 1 sofa-bed. The famous Moscow's business center "Moscow-city" is located near our community. There is also a big park nearby. Within walking distance there are 2 subway stations. You can get to the stadium very fast if you come to visit the World cup 2018. We try our best to make your stay very comfortable, feel free to contact us! The neighboring house has a Georgian restaurant and Dodo pizzeria. The windows of the apartment overlook a beautiful courtyard, where it's nice to take evening walks as well as take pictures. The yard is closed and there are no strangers. All the essentials in the apartment. There is a double bed 140x200, as well as a sofa bed. A complete set of utensils and appliances, there is an oven. Near the house there is the famous business center Moscow City business center, which makes staying for business travelers especially convenient. Other things to note To get to the mall under the house, you need to take the elevator down to the 2nd floor, and then go to the courtyard. On your right, there will be a booth that you need to get around and there will be a door on the side of the glass dome where the elevator is located. Choose the 2nd floor and you will get to the shopping center.
