Feet in the water. Here, nature makes every moment an exceptional one. The L'Oli residence is nestled between Collioure and Port-Vendres fishing port. From the terrace, the breathtaking view of the sea offers you a permanent spectacle and magnificent sunsets. Direct access to two coves allows everyone to go to the beach independently. One-storey townhouse, 2 bedrooms, living room with equipped kitchenette, separate bathroom and toilet, private parking. The space Privileged location facing the sea, close to all amenities, while being quiet in a secure residence. The house, about 65 m2, offers you all the comforts you need to have a good stay. In the DRC: - Entrance, equipped kitchenette, dining area, three steps down to the living room that overlooks the terrace on the sea side. UPSTAIRS: - 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the sea side with a 140 cm bed. On the same level, you will find the bathroom and separate toilets. - Two steps lead to the second bedroom, which is located on the entrance side. Also air-conditioned. Two single beds (90 cm). Above a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine which you access by a miller's ladder. (see photos) ONLY FOR CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OLD OR ADOLESCENTS. Linens ( sheets, towels and tea towels ) are optional for an amount of 15 euros per person. Please specify if you would like to wear yours or not. On the sea-side terrace, you will enjoy an awning. To be noted if you leave the house, the wind can get up very quickly. Beach umbrella. Supplies of essentials. In the basement washing machine laundry and dryer at your disposal. Umbrella bed if needed for young child, high chair, baby sunbed. 2 bikes are also at your service, lock code 1206. Dogs are allowed UPON PRIOR REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING, depending on size and education. Only 1 pet allowed in the accommodation. The house on the right is my second home. I occupy it in the summer The terrace on the entrance side is separated by a blind when I am present. On the sea side, the dining area is also separate, the rest of the terrace is then open without separation. Most of the time you will enjoy all the terraces of the two houses because I am not there.
