Just follow health protocoal. -Minors and Seniors are accepted -I accept small pet Tower Amenities Elevator Outdoor Swimming pool The space My place is a 40sqm fully furnished studio unit with balcony and facinating view of the spine road with the beautiful pine trees . It is designed and interior to maximize space and make your stay cozy and comfortable. My kitchen has enough space to make your food preparation convenient and satisfying. I have fridge, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle , utensils and other cooking stuffs you can use for simple cooking or heating I allow cooking and heating but food with smelly odor is strickly prohibited. You are only allowed to cook food with no foul odor. I have exhaust fan so when you cook kindly turn it on. My dining table has only 4 chairs but I have extra stools in the balcony. My bed is convenietly designed for 6 persons including children. Please refer to my pictures for your sleeping arrangement. Smoking inside my unit and inside the toilet is strickly not allowed. Wifi password is found in the table. I only provide maximum of 2 towels and 3 blankets. You can request more but with minimal charge. You can bring your own drinking water because 1 gallon is charged by hotel at 200php Your stay is supported by Crosswinds management. If you have concern you can seek assistance from the lobby guard. Always register right number of guest in the Airbnb booking Any guests not registered is not allow to stay inside the unit. 5 No party allowed 6. No smoking 7. pets for approval 8. Kindly turn off the AC when not used to avoid overheat and maintain the coolness 9. Garbage room is just located in the same floor, when you go out from the unit turn right and go straight to find the small room in the left side 7. Pls do not change then passwords of wifi 7.
