Ty Prawine, quiet in a welcoming farmhouse

In a hamlet close to Quistinic, you will stay in a semi-independent farmhouse of 70 m2 on one level, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people plus a baby. I am present at part-time. We are totally independent. Your accommodation includes a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You have access to a private garden equipped with 2 garden furniture and a mobile BBQ, on a plot of approx. 1.5 Ha and a wood of 20 Ha. The space The living room includes the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an equipped living room. One bedroom is equipped with a bed 140 x 190. The other bedroom contains 2 beds 90 x 190 (or 1 bed 180 x 190) and offers space to install a travel cot that is provided free of charge. Each bedroom contains a large wardrobe. Baby is not harmed: a cot, a baby chair, a changing mat and a small bath are at his disposal at no extra charge. The washing machine reserved for you is located in a shared cellar. You also have access to a private garden equipped with a garden table, garden furniture and a mobile BBQ, private parking, Internet (wifi) and TV (TNT). Books, comics and board games are at your disposal in a clock transformed into a library. This is a non-smoking house. Moreover pets are not allowed, the land is not fenced and horses are present in the fields nearby. Everything is planned so that your stay with family or friends is most pleasant. Useful information Laundry, crockery and hand products, hand dryers, a cloth and cleaning products are provided. On arrival you will also find a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided on request : € 10 per person (€ 6 sheets and € 4 towels). Electricity: 10 KWh/ day are included in the rate, the supplement is charged to the occupants (0.25 € / KWh). Guest access You have private parking in front of the farmhouse.
