The duplex is located in La Tejita resort in front of the beach. The resort has gardens and pool service and gardener. It is a very quiet area. The house has a large from the wind sheltered sunny terrace. Customers are kindly requested to respect the tranquility of the neighbors, especially after 10 pm. It is not a house for parties. The space The house is situated a few steps from the main entrance of the largest natural beach in Tenerife over 1 km in length. The resort has own swimming pool. It is ideal for a few days of relax with the family. It is also a perfect environment for practicing sports: Windsurfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Diving, Horses, Hiking, Cycling, etc. On the ground floor is the living room with access to a large and beautiful terrace, independent kitchen with separate washing machine and a toilet. In the upper two large bright bedrooms and a bathroom. Recent reforms in July 2020. Guest access The resort has a nice and quiet pool. For the use of the pool, currently due to the Covid, sun loungers are not available , bathing is allowed maintaining the necessary distances. In the house there are sheets and towels. There is a barbecue, for the use of customers. Customers are kindly requested to leave the barbecue in the same clean condition as they found it. Open every day of the week, including Sunday, until 9:00 p.m. Distances by car: 5 min to the village of El Medano with its shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, terraces near the sea where you can enjoy typical Canarian tapas and fresh island fish for a reasonable price. 10 min to the Reina Sofia airport (15 € Taxi) 5 min to supermarkets in the area, banks, pharmacies, and farmer's market (weekends). 10 min to the golf course in Golf del Sur. 15 min to Siam Park, the largest water park in Europe. 15 min to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. 45 minutes to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the island. 50 minutes to the cliffs of Los Gigantes 60 minutes at Masca. 60 minutes to the Teide National Park, the highest mountain in Spain.
