Emerald Beach House Getaway

300m stroll to the beach in a quiet surfside village. A real retreat for surfers, families or weekend getaways. The house was renovated a few months ago with a new main bedroom, ensuite and kitchen. The backyard is visible across the verandah from the kitchen, great for kids. Emerald beach has a few little shops, great cafes and restaurants and many quiet, beautiful beaches. The house is a 70s style, original bathroom and original polished floors, quiet neighbours and a peaceful community. The space This is a cute beach style house in a very quiet street. The new bedroom and ensuite are 6 months old and outlook onto the back yard. The house has a new kitchen, polished floor boards and recently painted. There is a quiet office for work or study. The renovations are however incomplete due to a lack of funds. The main bathroom is still original. (planned in march!) Guest access You will have access to the entire house. There is an office built off the main bed. You are welcome to use the desk and monitors, however I also have my work files stored in this room, please respect this area.
