SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This home comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a daybed in the living area. PET - FREE POLICY This is a pet-free living space. BATHROOMS - Indoor Bathroom: Features a soaking tub (no shower) for a relaxing spa-like experience. - Detached Outdoor Bathroom: A fully covered bath with a shower under a skylight, providing a unique and refreshing experience. LIVING AREA The separate living space includes a daybed and lounge chairs, creating the perfect setting for reading or relaxing after a day of exploring Marfa. BEDROOM The queen bedroomoffers a cozy and stylish retreat, complete with two lounge chairs and a DVD television. A selection of DVDs is provided for your entertainment. KITCHEN The small but efficient kitchen is equipped with a vintage stove, a compact refrigerator, and all the essentials, including cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. Coffee is provided to start your mornings right. OUTDOOR SPACES - Outdoor Fireplace: Perfect for cozy evenings under the West Texas sky. Guests should bring their own wood for use. - Cowboy Pool: Cool off and unwind in this refreshing feature, ideal for hot Marfa days. Available from mid March to November. - Spacious Outdoor Entertaining Area: Plenty of lounging spaces to relax, sip coffee, or enjoy cocktails while taking in the serene surroundings. FIREPLACE USAGE - Indoor Fireplace: Not for use at this time. - Outdoor Fireplace: Available for guest use. Please bring your own firewood.
