Guest access Reception Hours: Monday - Sunday 7am - 9pm In regards to parking if you wish to take the hotels reserved parking; you will need to sign in at Reception first. To sign in we suggest that you park on the side street, 1 Wood Street Newcastle West, for easy access to reception. There are two options for hotel parking; $25.00 reserved off street parking or $35.00 reserved gated parking. Please note that parking is subject to available upon arrival and limited to 1x space per apartment. Once you have signed in and paid we will be able to provide you with a remote to gain access to the car park. Instructions to the car park will be advised by the receptionist upon check in. Otherwise on street parking in front of the hotel is un-metered/free on public holidays and Sundays, then metered 9am-5pm remainder of the week.
