Larger garden events may be arranged separately by prior agreement The space Grange Farm House is a spacious Georgian farmhouse with four comfortable bedrooms, a large farmhouse kitchen, dining room, Main Hall, Drawing Room and generous living spaces. The house has high Georgian ceilings, elegant period features and a warm, relaxed feel throughout. The bedrooms are designed for comfort, with luxurious beds, fluffy pillows, Egyptian cotton bed linen, freshly cut flowers and thoughtful details. In the colder months, the Main Hall and Drawing Room are cosy places to sit by the fire. In warmer weather, the gardens, pavilion and summer house provide plenty of space for outdoor dining, drinks and relaxing. The kitchen is large and has a oil fuelled AGA and a fabulous kitchen table with views out onto the gardens Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the main house, including four bedrooms, the dining room, kitchen, Main Hall and living spaces. Guests also have access to the gardens, pavilion and summer house. The hosts live on the premises, but in a separate private parts with separate entrances and facilities. Other things to note Euston is a charming village in Suffolk, home to the historic Euston Estate. Grange Farm House is a large, characterful farmhouse with many unique features and multiple entrances; guests use the main front door. The spacious garden includes a pavilion with ample seating and a fully equipped summer house with lighting, fridge, cooker and BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxed entertaining. Breakfast and hosted dinner parties can be arranged in advance, using locally sourced produce where possible, including fresh eggs from the Grange Farm hens.
