The space Decorated in a contemporary style this house has a cozy feel but is spacious enough for 4 adults to be comfortable while still having their own space during their stay. The living room has ample luxury seating with a dual recliner and a large leather couch. It has a large flat screen TV, Roku and board games. The kitchen has lots of light & counter space and is fully stocked to prepare most any gourmet meal. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with a modern design and has plenty of light & storage space for four people. Each bedroom has a personality of its own. The Master bedroom is a soft warm color and has a calming nature inspired décor. It has a large closet and small desk/work space. The 2nd bedroom has a little more character with an entertainment inspired décor. It also has a large closet and small desk/work space. Guest access Getting around the area is simple and easy. There is a major intersection 3 blocks away and 3 major highways within a 5-7 minute drive. There are local shops as well as big box stores very close by. Public transportation is only a block away and is very safe. A quick seven minute bus ride will take you to a regional light rail station. From there you can jump on the train and be at Union Station in downtown Denver in 12 minutes. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
