Situated at the foot of New Zealands newest Great Walk, The Paparoa Track, this recently refurbished 3 bedroom house is the perfect place to setup base camp to explore the best the West Coast has to offer. Lake Brunner is just a short 20 minute drive to explore the West Coasts largest lake. Greymouth is a handy 15 minutes by road to stock up on essentials and explore the town. The I-site is a great place to find information on the vast number of walks in the region for all levels of ability. The space This renovated house comes complete with a kitchen stocked with essentials (oil, coffee, sugar, flour ect), a laundry including dryer with detergent supplied. A heat pump will keep all bedrooms and common spaces comfortable all year round and a secure indoor area for bike storage is a bonus. The TV comes with freeview that supports MP4 formatted videos (Via a USB into the TV) and a collection of classic boardgames is included to occupy even the shortest attention span. Pets negotiable on a case by case basis. Please ask. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Hosts do not live on-site.
