Ideal for a family, friends or couples looking for an escape or relaxing break. Pub walks to nearby villages. You’ll also be a 5 minute drive to Leamington Spa. Also close to Stoneleigh Park, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, and Coventry. The space Located up a little path, this little gem is as traditional as an English cottage gets - with local amenities in walking distance. The cottage has two bedrooms, 1 large king size room and 1 small double room. This cosy cottage has a lounge, kitchen with sofa and log burner and open plan dining room. We’ve also just installed a brand new shower room, for our guests to enjoy. The cottage is ideal for up to four people. There is a small garden to the front of the property with a bench and great for your morning cuppa and there is a large garden with seating located to the rear of the property up some steps and a short walk up a path. Dogs are welcome at £30 per dog, please just let us know when you book. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The cottage is located off road up a pathway, in a terrace of 10 cottages adjacent to the beautiful St Mary’s church making it a very tranquil setting. Parking is on the road, with the cottage being a short walk up a path. Other things to note The rear garden is separate from the cottage.
