This beautiful home is perfectly equipped for a great down south holiday where you have everything at your door step from beautiful beaches, surf, hiking, caves wineries, breweries, an endless amount of activities for all. The house is located 1km from Dunsborough town center, an easy 15 min stroll along a footpath. The space This spacious home is perfect for a couple of families to share or a large group. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom feature a king bed overlooking the pool, an open bathroom with a bath and reverse cycle air conditioning 2nd bedroom have a queen bed and an ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioning 3rd bed room a queen bed 4th bedroom 2 king single beds 5th bedroom double bed with single bunk on top It has a big open kitchen, dinning and living area with casual lounge and TV and reverse cycle air conditioning (also with a wood fire potbelly for those cold winter nights). At the front of the house there is a lounge room/kids area with a TV. Outside there is a big undercover entertaining area with BBQ, wood fire pizza oven (unfortunately cant be used when there is a fire ban in the region), fridge, 55 inch TV then leading out on to the amazing pool area with a shallow kiddies section and a daybed for those lazy days! Also a great grassed area at front of house to play with the kids. Easy parking out front for up to a maximum of 4 cars and space for a boat. The backyard is fully fenced of. Other things to note We are sorry to advice we are not taking bookings for school leavers accommodation. The house is locally owned, managed and cleaned by our selves. We pride our selves on a high level of cleanliness and guest support. While there is no fee for cleaning we ask that you will leave the house in a neat and tidy condition, BBQ cleaned, dishes done and floors swept. If the house is found not to be cleaned satisfactory the bond will be deducted as a cleaning fee NO additional people then the ones on the booking at a maximum of 10, caravans, campers, tents or similar are not allowed on the property. We are happy to talk to people about the fixed dates and lengths of stay during high peak periods.
