My home stay located in Kolamb Village on malvan -Achara Road. It isn't old or modern. It's normal Indian house. we can say it is near the sea.It takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea side on foot. When you walk in, your in the hall. There is long corridor in front you, one door on right. The first door on the right is the bedroom\ changing room it has attached bathroom with wc The space The house surrounded by many trees so lot of greenery.The place has no luxury, Its very simple and basic. Kolamb beach is approx 10-15 mins walk. Sarjekot bander is approx 15-20 mins walk. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms (Non-AC) with attached toilet and bathroom and new bed 4x6ft bed. You can experience the cool natural breeze by sleeping or working itself in bedrooms. You can see the sunset view as well as natural field view directly from 1 bedrooms windows.You can experience the sunrise view fantastically from another bedroom window .All is natural.Common toilet and bathroom is having the wall tiles fitted with English toilet,sprayer,extra tap,shower and extra wash basin. Guest access So its individual space for guests and they can have access of whatever inside the room.
