Green Oasis Eco House with garden in city centre

Our house is an ideal place for those looking for peaceful haven in the city. You will stay in the middle of greenery, yet still in the centre near major beauties of Prague. We live in a street that is one of the main avenues of Prague 7 - Letná district. The neighborhood has a plenty of shops, restaurants and people in the streets. This is the place to stay if you want sleep in peacefull surroundings yet still be in the center discovering Prague at its best. The space The house is located in a quiet courtyard full of greenery and is surrounded by historical buildings. The house is fully furnished and has an exceptional garden with lush greenery, trees, herbs and vegetables. Our goal was to build an architecturally interesting and energetically passive house that would fit sensitively into the local environment. Wetland roof in full bloom beautifies the building, yet protects it and ecologicaly filters all water sewage. Our house was awarded in several architectural competitions around the world. The heart of each home is a kitchen. It is not different in our home - the notional central point of our house is a wooden dining table weighing a quarter of a ton. The main living area is open, has high ceilings and is illuminated by large windows and a roof skylight. You can see the outside greenery from perhaps every place of our house. The facade is lined with larch and has vents for natural airflow. Large windows of the living room and wide windowsills invite to relax. The whole house has a modern decor utilizing wooden elements and color accents in the airy interior. For a peaceful sleep you can use the double bed in the bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed. We have two additional separate mattresses that can be placed on the floor in the bedroom or living room. Guest access You can use the whole space of our house and garden. We have created a home where everyone will feel safe and cosy. Make yourself at home and treat our place with care. Other things to note Our co-host Romana will be there to welcome you upon your check in. She will show you around, give you necessary info and the keys. She will be also available in case of emergency during your stay.
