3-Bed Victorian Home with Private Garden, Leyton

Enjoy London from our spacious Victorian home. Located on a quiet residential street, we are a stroll from the vibrant Francis Road. Or walk to Leyton tube in 15 minutes and travel into the centre of London to explore all that it has to offer. Or relax in our large private garden. The space The house Split across two floors, this is a large, sunny, Victorian terrace, with a large private garden, and super-fast broadband. The cat We have two female outdoor cats, named Nelly and Nora. They are young and shy and sisters - we will kindly ask you to feed them during you stay, but otherwise they will leave you alone, if you want them to! The ground floor. The front door opens onto a large hallway and staircase. To the right of this there is a knocked through living room, with open fire, corner sofa, dining table, as well as a TV with digital subscription and Netflix, a DVD and CD player. This room has double doors that open onto the West facing garden which is soaked in evening sun in the summer. The kitchen has a hob, oven, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, and washer/drier. You are welcome to help yourself to the kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, oil, vinegar and spices. The kitchen is stocked with all the usual cookware that you would expect, and of course you are welcome to use whatever is there. A breakfast room is attached to the kitchen and has another dining table and door that opens into the garden. The garden has decking and a garden table and umbrella. There are vegetable boxes currently growing tomatoes, courgette, sweetcorn, artichoke and strawberries. Is anything is ready to eat while you are here, please eat it. Walk down the steps onto a larger area of grass and plants. The first floor On the first floor there is a large family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superking sized bed - you will have some cupboard space for your clothes. We can also provide a cotbed if you have a small child that you want to have a separate sleeping space, although both of ours seem to be quite happy sleeping in the middle. The second bedroom has a standard sized double bed. The room is home to two children, and but is very comfortable for adults too. The third bedroom has a small double which is placed on the floor. There is a chest of drawers which will be available for your use. The bathroom is family sized, with a large bath, shower, toilet, bidet and underfloor heating. You will find towels and bath mats in the cupboards. Children We have lego, children's books, children's plates, cutlery and cups. We have a playmat, high-chairs, two Stokke chairs, and even potties. Just let us know if you are bringing kids, and anything you need that is not in the attic can be retrieved from the attic. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, but please ask if you expect more - there are not plug safety sockets uniformly across the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground and first floor. The is a basement and attic which we ask you not to use.
