There are two shared washing machines and two clothes dryers on the first floor of the hotel for easy laundry. - For long-term stays (1 month or longer), we do not require a deposit, but we do need anyone making a long-term reservation to sign a "Fixed-Term Building Lease Agreement" and "Facility Confirmation Form" (repair liability). Please note this before you book. Guest access During your reservation, everything in the room will be for your exclusive use, so you won't be sharing it with other guests. The laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, is a shared area that all guests can access. Other things to note - For long-term stays, we do not have a deposit, so only those who make long-term reservations will need to sign a "Fixed-Term Building Lease Agreement" and an "Amenity Confirmation Form" (repair liability). Please note this before making a reservation. - Please strictly observe the check-out time. - No smoking inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building, so please use the outside area.
