The Garden Shed was the property's big machine shed. At 15 by 7.5 metres, the space can afford to be a real home away from home. The art and decor are deliciously quirky in parts, with every piece collected in-step with the shed's progress. The space The Garden Shed was the property's big machine shed. At 15 by 7.5 metres, the space can afford to be a real home away from home. The art and decor are deliciously quirky in parts, with every piece collected in-step with the shed's progress. TGS has two king-sized bedrooms; a fluid lounge/living area; a dedicated games corner, a flatscreen in the TV nook, and a DVD library. The 'pot belly' stove has obviously had an update! Ours is rather svelte, and very effective, as is the reverse cycle air conditioner. TGS is double insulated to maximise heating/cooling efficiencies all round. Sufficient firewood is provided for EACH NIGHT of your stay. More wood can be bought on site. The open kitchen has all the family-sized mod-cons, including a coffee pod machine, a big cafe press, a full-sized oven with natural gas cooktop, as well as room for dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a frameless glass shower with rain shower head; heated towel rail; and a luxurious bath and basin set up. The bed configuration is one king bed in one room, and twin king singles that are made up as one king bed in the other, which can be separated. If you need two king singles, please let us know in advance of your check-in day. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made if required. A highchair and baby bath are available for little ones. Please bring your own portacot. Satellite WiFi is available so you can access your own Netflix, Stan or other apps for streaming your favourite shows or movies. Limited data is available and monitored to make sure we don't run out! Outside, there's a little patio under the entrance portico with table and chairs. On the other side, there's a very private deck overlooking a quadrant of the garden. At the side, outside the kitchen door there's a secure, fenced area for your pets. Pets are very welcome indoors but we've created a safe zone attached to the shed itself so they can come and go as they please! Guest access Our guests are free to wander the property. As are our canine guests (as long as they’re with their ‘parents’)! Other things to note Once you arrive, venture down the tree-lined drive and veer left at the first building. That's The Garden Shed. Park anywhere nearby. We provide plenty of breakfast options ... a loaf of fresh bread, 1 (or 2) litres of milk, granola, free range eggs, butter, fruit, biscuits/muffins, jams, vegemite, peanut butter etc. There's also instant, plunger and pod coffee, tea bags and loose leaf tea!
