Beach passes at Mactan Newtown Beach & Pool are discounted for guests at ₱350 per adult (less than $7 USD). Children under 6 years old are free of charge (maximum of 2). Beach hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Other things to note Electricity Usage Please be mindful of electricity consumption. Excessive use, such as leaving the air conditioner running 24 hours a day while not in the unit, may result in additional charges. Guest Identification Requirement For security and building compliance, all guests staying in the unit are required to provide a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
