Cozy and well-equipped, the apartment is located in a charming 1940s building a couple of blocks from Termini Station and well connected to the city's major points of interest. Large bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with a safe, a flat-screen digital TV, WIFI, an iron and an ironing board. Elevator. The apartment is in an international and multi-ethnic neighborhood, young and lively, full of restaurants, pizzerias and shops. Walking around the neighborhood you will find many shops and artisans still at work. Not suitable for those who love silence. Easy to reach near Termini Station and Tiburtina Station (connections to and from the airport). All of Rome's metro lines depart from Termini Station. Near the apartment, bus stops no. 71 and no. 492 will allow you to move around easily. Guest access The entire apartment is fully at the disposal of my guests. Other things to note Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., communicating the exact time in advance. We are available to welcome you at different times, if communicated in advance. For check-in after 9:00 p.m., there is an extra fee of €30 to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
