A modern villa, built with family in mind, and situated in an exclusive area within lush greeneries, with the sounds of chirping birds and crickets, amidst the cool, fresh and breezy air and serene surrounding tropical views. Hening Tŷ uses fresh spring water and solar energy power, and is suitable for groups of family members or friends, looking for a private, calm & relaxing holiday spot. Dip in the river that crosses its private and gated area or swim in the natural water swimming pool. The space Hening Ty Is built on 2 acres of land, comprising of the villa and surrounded by orchards of various fruits. There is a river that passes through the land within the gated area of the villa, which makes the place even more unique, suitable for adults and children to swim and indulge in. The villa is designed with family gatherings in mind, consisting of a main building for socialising, and three other buildings for the bedrooms, each complete with ensuite bathrooms. The main building consists of the living room, complete with a smart tv (and Netflix!), a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen, equipped with full kitchen utensils, pots and pans, readily available for light or heavy cooking. You may also use the dinnerware sets and cutleries provided in the pantry. The main building also consist of a bathroom, equiped with a hot water shower unit. The master room building consist of a master bedroom with a king size bed, an ensuite sub-room with a bunk bed, and an ensuite semi outdoor bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub. The other two typical buildings each consists of 2 bedrooms and ensuite semi outdoor bathrooms. There is a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms altogether in the Villa, with solar powered hot water in most taps and all showers. Guest access The villa is only rented to one group of guests at a time, so you are ensured to have the whole place exclusively to yourselves. You may self-checkin, or greeted by the host, whichever you desire. Other things to note Hening Ty runs on natural and sustainable renewable energy. All our taps, and even the swimming pool, uses natural fresh spring water. Our electricity is powered by solar during the day, and generator during th night. For this purpose, we encourage guests to minimise the usage of electrical items during the day, and to instead indulge in the river or pool to cool down. You may use the fans, and we also encourage guests to open all doors and windows to enjoy the natural breezy atmosphere of the countryside to flow throughout the villa and for you to be one with nature. The generator will be switched on from 8pm to 8am, during which time, you may use the air conditioners, and other electrical appliances. A nice 35-minutes trekking will lead you to a gorgeous cascading waterfall that is hidden from public so it is definitely worth the trip!
