Charming beach house surrounded by pine trees

The house is on a large wooded plot 100 m from the pretty beach of Maresclé, ideal for swimming, kayaking, fishing. It is directly connected to the network of bike paths. A coastal path runs along the beach and provides access to all other beaches in Pénestin, as well as the nearby sailing club. The village of Pénestin is about 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike, the fantastic bookstore-café "Le bateau livre" of Haut-Pénestin is 10 minutes by bike. The space Maresclé Beach is 100 m from the house. The land is enclosed, very large (more than 2000 m2), and covered with large pine and oak trees. A swing is available for guests, as well as sun loungers, garden furniture, hammocks, and a barbecue. An outdoor shower (in addition to the two indoor showers) is ideal when returning from the beach. The house has a veranda opening onto the pine forest from where you can observe squirrels and birds. Several cars can park on the grounds. Inside, the house is heated by a stove and if necessary by two additional radiators (oil). The house includes on the ground floor a living room-kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet and shower) and a bedroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with double bed and small child's bed, a small cabinet (toilet and sink) and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, etc.). For children, visitors can have a travel cot, mattress, small child's bed, child's chair and small bathtub. Books and games are freely available. Games (badminton, petanque, mölki) can be used. Guest access Everything is accessible, except the garage at the back of the property. Other things to note The cleaning fee of 100 euros is mandatory and included in the nightly rate. It also covers, if necessary, the commissioning of the stove, water and electricity. We thank the guests for leaving the furniture in its place. Linens (towels and sheets) can be rented and prepared in advance at a price of 21 euros (double bed of 160/2) / 19 euros (single bed) and 3.50 euros for a set of 2 towels (toilet and shower). The beach towel can be rented for 6 euros. House bath linen is not available to guests It is possible to rent bikes in the center of Pénestin.
