The Little Room @ Khaosan

My place is close to the city center, arts and culture, restaurants and food. You'll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the coziness. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. My place is in down town Bangkok. There are temple to visit during the day and approximately 10 mins walk to Phra Athit road where hip chic coffee shops and restaurant are. At night, it takes 5 mins to walk to the happening Khosan Road. The space My place is very near Khaosan Road. It is a small little house hidden away from the main road. The house is fully furnished, it has the following: 3 bedrooms (2 persons per room only) - Air-condition in all rooms - Queen size bed with pillows and duvet - 2 towels in each room Toilet and Shower - Hot & Cold Shower - Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel Pantry - Washing Sink - Refrigerator - Microwave - Water Boiler - Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Coffee Cups and Cutlery - Washing Liquid - Cleaning Equipment No cooking in my place please. There is free Wifi in my place. You will get the password when you arrive. Guest access Khao San Road is fairly easy to get to from anywhere in Bangkok. Express boats, buses and taxis are your main options. While the Skytrain and the metro are convenient ways of getting to many places in Bangkok, there is no connection to Khao San Road. The Chao Phraya Express Boat is the cheapest and most scenic way of getting to Khao San Road. Once you are at Khaosan road, it takes only 3-5 mins walk to my place. You need to walk through an alley of a small community. The walk way is not that attractive and somehow might turn people away. However, it is a safe place to walk as I have been living here since young. You will get a full details of access when you have confirm the booking through airbnb. Other things to note House rules : - No smoking - No heavy cooking - No animal - There will be a 3000 Baht charge should there be a stain on the mattress (urine, blood, vomit and other unremovable stain). - There will be a 300 Baht charge should there be a stain on a pillow, 700 Baht charge for the duvet (urine, blood, vomit and other unremovable stain). - There will be a 150 Baht charge for stain on pillow case and 500 Baht charge for stain on duvet cover (urine, blood, vomit and other unremovable stain).
