Gateway to the South East Coast Double bed

My home has 2 newly renovated bedrooms . It's in a private quiet location. 25-30 min from the Hobart Airport. 35-40 min to Hobart with easy access to the Tasman Peninsula , Port Arthur 58 min, Richmond 29 min and the East Coast 1hr 5 min (Triabunna) I have 2 inside Cats and therefore pets are not allowed. A 10 min walk to Carlton beach to swim, walk, snorkel and surf. There are 2 push bikes + helmets to use during your stay. Each bedroom has a panel heater, phone charger and dark curtains & TVs The space The outside area has a deck that wraps around the house with seating areas. The deck has a lovely L shape couch and umbrellas for shade. This is were you can chill out enjoy the quiet, listen to the waves crashing on the near by beach. Looking at the blue sky and watching and listening to the native birds. Lovely treed backyard boarded by a neighbour's native acreage gives a nice sense of space and privacy. There is a large fire pit, to sit around to chat and take in the evening sky, full of stars of the milky way on a clear night. Off the kitchen is an enclosed glass BBQ area, ideal for cooler nights. The gas BBQ can be moved around to the back deck to enjoy the warmer weather. Parking is off street in the circular driveway. The bathroom has a pedestal basin, a bath, walk in shower, toilet and a ceiling heater. I supply shower wash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, hair straightener and bath towels. Beach towels are also available. The bedrooms also have extra pillows, blankets plus tissues and makeup wipes. This is my home so you shall find all the things you would expect to find in a home... from electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, kettle etc. About your Host.. I work full time and will be about in the late afternoon or evenings. I have lived in this area for 29 years and have great local knowledge and recommendations. It will be a pleasure sharing my home with you and we will resect your privacy but am happy to interact when invited. COVID-19: We ask everyone to practise safe distancing and personal hygiene including regular hand washing and prompt disposing of used tissues etc. We provide hand sanitiser to use on the premises.
