This cozy apartment has a bedroom with a double bed or two singles (subject to availability) and a living-dining room with a trundle bed with access to a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a cleaning kit. The bathroom features a shower or bathtub, green tea shampoo and shower gel, moisturizer and a hairdryer. Includes international TV, safe box, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In summer, we provide umbrellas and beach towels. The space The Castellmar building, although it doesn't have an elevator, is located just 25 meters from the beach, on the second line of the sea, right in front of the Marfina building. Guest access In the common areas, you'll find parking with an electric car charging point and bicycles for leisure use, available for all guests to enjoy the surroundings. You can also take advantage of all the shared services at the Marfina building, including its bar-cafeteria, beach sports equipment (SUP and Kayak), and self-service laundry (with a 5.00€ token fee). Everything is designed to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Other things to note From March to November, the reception is open 24 hours a day, always at your service. During the rest of the year, we are available from 08:00 to 14:00. Outside of these hours, we will be happy to assist you by phone for any emergencies. The tourist tax must be paid once the reservation is made. It is not included in the total price of the stay, and the amount is €0.66 per person, per night.
