I am Carsten and I am pleased to offer you a relaxing and restful vacation. My apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers who want to experience Sylt at its best. It is located in the popular Westerland, only minutes from the beach, promenade and the center with many shops and restaurants. The apartment is 35 square meters and has a bedroom with a new box spring bed (180 × 200), a living room with a sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed), a dining table and a modern TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hotplate, microwave and coffee maker as well as a bathroom with shower (shower tub). The apartment is newly renovated in 2023 and offers you modern and comfortable amenities. It is bright and quietly located on the second floor of a typical Sylt house without an elevator. You have access to free Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine in the basement. If you have any questions or need any tips for your trip, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to meeting you! From the train station it is a short walk and from the airport it is a 10-minute taxi ride to the center. Parking is available everywhere. From the center - where the apartment is located - you can start perfectly to explore the island by car, bus, bicycle or on foot. Any place on the island can be reached within 20 minutes (by car). The nearby leisure pool "Sylter Welle" offers a large swimming pool, slides and a huge sauna area. If you want to have a relaxing vacation on Sylt, then this is "the place to stay." Our WEGST store is right around the corner and I am on site all year round so I can provide you with many insider tips. ★FAQ★ Q: What can I expect? A: I always have the apartment cleaned professionally. A perfectly prepared apartment awaits you. Q: Do I need to bring bed linens and towels? A: They are included. But you can also bring your own. There is also a hairdryer. Q: Where do I park my car? Is there a parking space in front of the building? A: Only owner parking spaces are available at the building itself and therefore cannot be used. However, you can safely park in the surrounding streets. Q: Do I have to leave the apartment on time? A: If I don't have any follow-up bookings on the same day, I'm happy to offer my guests a late check-out to "take" the nice weather with them. Possible on request. Q: Do I have Wi-Fi access? A: Of course, there is free Wi-Fi. NOTE: Prices vary depending on the season. It's much cheaper when it's the low season. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Between January and April 2026, modernization work (facade, elevator) will take place in the building. There may be noise on weekdays. As compensation, we offer a special discount during this period. A spa tax (i.e. tourist tax) per person per day is payable to the municipality. This is calculated automatically via the Airbnb booking tool. Other landlords only charge these costs on site. For your information: We landlords will of course automatically collect these costs immediately from the municipality. I will issue the cards for all guests before arrival.
