Set on a half an acre, this house is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and 2 with a queen size bed. There is also a fold out bed for little ones and a portacot. You can sit back with a wine and enjoy the valley views while the kids run around the back yard. There's a fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning for those chilly nights. We now have unlimited WI-FI. The space Large lounge room, dining room, large kitchen and a breakfast area. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A wrap around verandah with table and chairs out the back with a bbq. 10 minutes to Springwood, 30 minutes to Penrith and 30 minutes to Katoomba. An hour and 15 minutes to the bright lights of Sydney. There is the occasional bus 500m up the road, but you would benifit from having your own car. Closest train station is Springwood.
