Only a 5-minute drive (30-minute walk) from the center of Buis-les-Baronnies, in a peaceful setting, superb bastide that can accommodate up to 12 people, located on a wooded plot of 2,500 m². Heated swimming pool facing south between mid-April and mid-September depending on the weather. The space The residence consists of a spacious living room, a living room with a fireplace, a friendly dining room, and an equipped kitchen, offering a total of 70 m² of common space. It also has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including two master suites. The view from the house is breathtaking, overlooking the Saint-Julien rock and the surrounding hills. No neighbors. The pool, secured and heated between mid-April and mid-September, adds a touch of relaxation to your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 1000 euros, in the form of an uncashed check, will be requested. Guest access "Standard" departure and arrival times: – Arrival from 16:00 onwards – Check-out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest Depending on the following bookings and the organization of the cleaning schedule, some requests for early check-in or late check-out may exceptionally be accepted, subject to the following additional fee to be paid upon your arrival: – early check-in: • from 1 pm: extra €80 • from 11:00 a.m.: €120 surcharge – late checkout: • until 12:00 p.m.: extra €80 • until 2:00 p.m.: extra €120 These options cannot be guaranteed in advance. You may receive a response no later than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, and it remains subject to confirmation based on the booking and cleaning schedule. In July and August, due to the sequence of check-ins and checkouts, these options are generally not possible.
