Located south of the city in a quiet area, tram stop 5 min walk (St Roch station and city center 10 min). By car, easy parking, 15 min to the beach and immediate access to the A9. The beaches are also accessible by bus, stop 2 min away. The space The studio is adjacent to a detached villa, and we are usually on site so available when needed.
