My house on the edge of a lovely village, close to Chester Le Street and the Emirates Stadium/Cricket Ground with easy access to Durham and Newcastle and is situated near the A1. It is a large and peaceful home and guests will have a degree of privacy. The room is spacious with a double bed, reading lamp, flat screen TV, high speed Wi-Fi and it's own separate bathroom. It is perfect for people visiting the area on business or for pleasure. The space A tranquil home with lots of space to relax, built around eco principles with solar panels, rain water harvesting and a lovely garden. Guest access Guests can access the lounge, kitchen and dining room as well as the garden. There is use of a fridge freezer, and cooking facilities if required.
