For monthly stay only. The space South facing unit on the mid floor, the unit would not be affected by the sound from BTS (since it is on the other side of the block). Very nice skyline view from the balcony. Guests can enjoy high level of privacy. Guest access Can use car parking space, fitness, swimming pool subject to the rules and regulations set by the Juristic Person of the property. Other things to note Only offer for 1 month or longer stay. Power and water are included in room rate at a combined limit of THB3,500 (THB875 per week). Excess consumption of utilities is to be borne by the guests. Guests of staying a week or longer are subject to room cleaning charge of THB700 which is a weekly cleaning. Rental is negotiable for longer stay of 3 months or longer.
