It is close to three beautiful beaches. Shops, markets, restaurants, airport, pharmacy and tourist attractions are all nearby. Villa ‘Bayside #18’ is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to four beaches, the nearest beach is Samrong Bay Beach or 'Secret Beach', only 100 meter from the villa. The villa has a private infinity pool. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive from the villa. The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort. Guest access The villa is 'beach-style' decorated to make the living area to a relaxing place for families and friends The bedrooms are decorated with a modern 'Thai flair'. The main features are the beach (only a couple of steps away) the sea views, the blue sky and the amazing sunsets. The upper floor includes three en-suite bedrooms, one of them has a sofa bed and a working area. One en-suite bedroom is detached from the others and it is located on the ground level (garden/street level). The entrance to this fourth bedroom is through the garden area. The master bedroom has sea views, the other bedrooms have garden views. The first floor includes the living/ dining area with an open kitchen. This area opens to the terrace/patio area with a bar, dining area, sun loungers and infinity pool (5.5m x 3.5m) overlooking the sea. The ground floor (garden/street level) area has a bonus room/bath (4th en-suite bedroom, which could be suitable for a maid or nanny), a garage with space for two cars and a small garden. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Other things to note · We don't charge any general taxes · Garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included in the rental fee · Cleaning service is included into the rental fee. · Guest airport pick-up is included in the rental price. · If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we’ll organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider) · If you require any additional services like Thai cooking, baby sitter, massages please let our Villa Manager know and who will organize these for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider) · Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 8 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common praxis in private rental villas in Thailand · As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 10,000 THB in cash (or 300 USD), which you will need pay at the time of your arrival. The Villa Manager will give you the keys for the property and will show you how everything works in the villa. You will get back your security deposit money when leaving the property and handing back the keys. NO NOISE, NO LOUD MUSIC AND NO PARTYING IN THE VILLA, please Whilst we want you enjoy your time in the villa, we are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas. NON SMOKING POLICY We are asking that our guests respect that we have non-smoking policy in the entire villa. If you want to smoke, you do so outside on the patio area, please.
