Rooms in private house close to City Centre

Comfortable double room for 1-2 guests and one other guest in a single room. Exclusive use of bathroom Continental breakfast - tea/coffee at any time Kitchen: use is limited as Alex (pet Labrador) and a Guide Dog Puppy ‘in training’ are housed there, so I cannot host other pets. We are up early but are usually quiet. Close to shops/bakery café/pubs/restaurants. 20 minute walk from King’s College/ historic City Centre. The space The Newnham location is close to the Cambridge City Centre and a lovely walk to Grantchester. It is quiet and a lovely place to live. The house itself is small, the rooms are small, but adequate! You would have your own bedroom(s) but I might also be staying in the house, and my puppy/dog have their space in the kitchen. Guest access The guests have access to all common rooms and their bedroom(s) and bathroom. Note: Guide Dog trainee in the kitchen! During your stay As much or s little as required! Very happy to provide maps and local information as might be useful. Other things to note The stairs are very steep! They may be too steep/narrow for the elderly or disabled.
