"MembrilloSuites" presents this luxury apartment in the quietest area of Los Cristianos. This sunny and newly renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. It also has a garage space in the same building (a luxury that few apartments have in Los Cristianos) and a fantastic swimming pool. The apartment is located in a 100% accessible building. Wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the sea and the views! The space The apartment has: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a very large kitchen, a living room and a balcony with fantastic views. The apartment has a garage space in the same building, a large elevator and a beautiful entrance. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils (toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes, pots, microwave, oven, refrigerator...) The beds are tremendously comfortable; the bedding and towels are also of high quality. Guest access The apartment has a fantastic pool that can be seen from the balcony. While the pool has no lounge chairs or umbrellas, our apartment has two beach chairs that are easily transportable to the pool. The use of a garage space is included, which is reached from the elevator that is right in front of the apartment door. This apartment is 100% accessible and comfortable!!! Other things to note HOUSE RULES (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING) A) We take care of the cleanliness and order in our house, therefore, we include cleaning costs that allow us to ensure that everything will be impeccable. IMPORTANT NOTICE: a) For stays of up to 7 nights, we leave the beds made and one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. We do not leave extra bedding or towels. b) For stays of 8 nights or more, we leave the beds made + two shower towels and two hand towels per guest + additional bedding. c) For stays of 14 nights or more, the house will be cleaned every 7 days from the day of check-in. The cost of each cleaning (€40) will be requested from the guest via Airbnb once the service has been performed. d) If you think you will need more towels or sheets, please request them in advance. Remember: €10 each set of extra towels; €20 each set of extra sheets or blankets. If requested after check-in, please note that it will be €20 more for the delivery service. e) We leave you the basic complimentary items (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine soap tablets, liquid dish soap and hand soap) so that you have the minimum until you can organize the purchase of the items you need for your stay. Regarding food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea ... but in no case do we guarantee that you can find a variety of products. We discard, for obvious reasons of hygiene, everything that may have been handled by previous users. Please remember that you're not in a hotel. B) It is very important for us that each of the guests find the house in perfect condition. Therefore, the reservation implies acceptance of the reimbursement of the cost that, eventually, will result in the loss or deterioration of the following elements of the home: 1) Loss or forgetting of keys: full invoice from the locksmith 2) Breakage/loss of: kitchen furniture; appliances (including Television); interior doors; windows; furniture (except those specified below) and/or cabinets; terrace furniture; faucets; bathroom screen; toilets; mirrors: full invoice for the replacement/repair of the broken or missing element. 3) Breakage/loss of glass kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, cups, small bowls): €2 per piece 4) Breakage/loss of large bowls (metal/glass): €10 per piece. 5) Breakage/loss of pots and/or pans: €25 per piece. 6) Breakage/loss of other kitchen utensils: €3 per piece. 7) Breakage/loss of dining table: €700 8) Breakage/loss of dining chairs: €250 per piece 9) Breakage/loss of other side tables in rooms or living room: €150 per piece 10) Breakage/loss of decorative elements (paintings, figures, sculptures, baskets, boxes, room cushions and/or sofa included, decorative blankets): €30 per piece 11) Breakage/loss of auxiliary lamps in bedrooms and/or living room: €50 per piece 12) Breakage/loss of sofa: €800 13) Breakage/loss of carpet or curtains: €250 14) Breakage/loss of bed linen or bath linen: €30 per piece. 15) Wine stains, grease, etc. on sofa, curtains, carpets: €80 per stained piece. 16) Breakage/loss of ironing board/clothesline: €20 No smoking allowed No pets allowed Parties and events are not allowed If you are traveling with children under 12, please read section D) below carefully. - Check-in time: from 4:00 pm. CHECK-IN FROM 11:00 pm AND UNTIL 8:00 am HAS A SURCHARGE OF €50 THAT WILL BE CHARGED BEFORE CHECK-IN. - Check-out time: 12:00 noon - Check-in before 4:00 pm is subject to availability. - Check-out after 12 noon is subject to availability. - On December 24 and 31 and January 5, check-in will only be until 3:00 pm. - On December 25, January 1 and 6, the keys will be delivered only after 5:00 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - Quiet after 10pm please. C) CHECK-OUT - The house must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. We don't ask you to do a deep cleaning, but we do ask that the house be in acceptable condition. - All dishes must be clean and tidy. Do not leave dirty dishes. - The kitchen must be left with no open food on the countertops or refrigerators. Only food that is reusable (sugar, salt, oil, teas, etc.) can be left. All half-eaten food or waste should be thrown in the trash. - Trash must be taken out. It cannot be left in the apartment. - Dirty bedding should be left folded on top of the bed. - Dirty towels should be left folded on the toilet. - The air conditioning/heating must be left off IMPORTANT: If we receive the apartment in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to request an additional €80, without prejudice to the amounts indicated above in the event of breakage or loss. D) TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE. Additional requirements: 1) The house can be used as if it were your home. However, parents must be responsible at all times for the behavior of children, avoiding – as much as possible - the breakage of furniture and fixtures. 2) Any breakage/damage must be reported and the replacement cost of the breakage or damage must be paid. 3) Do not feed children on sofas, armchairs or chairs with fabric upholstery.
