Our unit is very comfortable and centrally located. Lazeboy leather lounges. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. Miele hotplate and fan forced oven. The front deck has sensational water views to the fishpen. There are many shops, restaurants and clubs with live entertainment all within 150 metres. The rear courtyard offers shelter if it is windy. Great for reading a book. Terrific pool area, bbqs, outdoor eating area and pool cabana. Note that our pool is under repair til Dec 23. The space Parking is right outside and private. There is a gas heater, non flued. Keeps the whole place warm if needed. There is also a trundle bed with innerspring mattress under the double in the 2nd bedroom. You won’t need your car most of the time whilst in Merimbula. There are games, puzzles, excellent books, dvds, 58” Smart TV, Apple TV and Netflix. Guest access You have access to all facilities at Penguin Mews. Other things to note We use this unit as our holiday home. The crockery, cutlery and glassware are good quality.
