The suite has original high pressed-metal ceilings and original timber floor, while the private ensuite has a heated tiled floor which continues through to the large double pebbled shower flooring. There is a heated towel rail as well as quality Sheridan towels and Sheridan bathrobes. An electric blanket is on the queen bed, which also has quality Sheridan sheets, while the room has a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, wall mounted tv and cd/dvd player, privacy blinds, French-inspired decor and 1.5 seater sofa able to be utilised by a third person/child. Guest access Free car parking is available on the property.There is a large commercial hot plate/bbq available for all guests to use undercover in the rear yard.There is a common lounge/dining area at the end of the hall where you will find comfortable seating and a small dining area, along with books, magazines, games, dvds and brochures on activities in the area. Ample outdoor seating is also available on the front verandah for the guests staying in the front suites, while upstairs guests have their own balcony and guests staying in the outdoor suite have their own balcony and private entrance. During your stay We will make every effort to meet you when you first arrive at our place and try to make you as comfortable as possible. If we are not available, or you wish to arrive out of hours if the room is available, we will be able to organise for you to access a key from a keysafe. Since we live only a couple of minutes away, we are always available if you need assistance with anything, so please don't hesitate to ask! Other things to note Our rooms have blackout blinds, which make it very dark when lowered - great for light-sensitive sleepers! When you stay with us you can rest assured that your beddings are clean as we launder everything that touches your skin; bedsheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
