Cozy cottage between city and IJssel

Welcome to 't Sinkhofje, where everything is available for a few wonderful days. Through a private entrance, you can reach the kitchen and the small but comfortable living room. On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike. The space The upper floor is accessible via a regular but for the elderly, perhaps a bit more difficult spiral staircase. The steps are somewhat narrower than with many other stairs. In practice, it never actually causes problems, but we want to mention it anyway. Other things to note The overnight stays are basically without breakfast.
