The space Located on the right rock of Casa Blanca, with spectacular views. The apartment is distributed on three floors, on the first floor is the social area, internal and external, on the second floor the master bedroom with balcony and full bathroom, on the third floor the two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one of the bedrooms with its small balcony. To go to the beach, it is recommended to go by car (about 3 minutes), leave it parked at the pedestrian entrance to the beach, however you can walk and this takes about 10 minutes, going up can be more tiring and we do recommend going up by car. It has all the amenities including Directv service and unlimited internet. We can suggest a person to help you with the kitchen, however it is up to the consideration and responsibility of each guest to do so or not, we help you with the information or contact of the person only Guest access Prior Information: Send the names and IDs of the guests, the license plate of the vehicle, and the number of pets at least 24 hours in advance so that we can prepare the authorization letter required by the administration. Identification and Number of People: When entering the building, identification is required and the number of people booked must be respected. Contact upon Arrival: Contact the host upon arrival for entry control and authorization. Safe: Upon arrival, you will find a lockbox in which you must enter the key that the host will provide upon arrival. This code is for your reservation only. Access to the apartment: Guests have full access to the apartment and common areas, such as the pool, at no additional cost. Cable Service: DirecTV service is included and available in the social area and in the master bedroom. Cleaning and Kitchen Services: The cleaning and cooking staff service is exclusively for the apartment and guests, at an additional daily cost of $25.00. This service includes breakfast and lunch preparation, available from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. This charge is independent of the apartment's rent. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to enter the apartment or use the complex's common areas; these are for the guest's exclusive use. Use of the Tent: To use the tent and chairs, which have an additional cost, we will provide you with the contact information of the person in charge of renting them upon arrival. The approximate cost of the service varies between $10 and $15 per day, depending on the rental details. Pools: We have a swimming pool open from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm every day. Pool Rules: Showering is mandatory before entering wet areas. Use only bathing suits. Food or drinks in glass containers are not allowed near the pool. Music Volume: Keep a moderate volume when listening to music or making noise so as not to disturb other residents. Pets Although we do not charge an additional fee for pets, in the event of damage, dirt or inconvenience, the guest must cover the cost of repair to the host's satisfaction or the cost of changing the affected item. Semi-covered parking: We have two semi-covered parking lots for the exclusive use of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in the "El Faro" building. A car is required for convenience, however you can go down to the beach by the steps or by the street either walking or by car.
