The space The apartment features a spacious, sunlit living area encompassing the dining and kitchen, complete with a balcony and a sofa bed. A large dining table comfortably seats four. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cookware, in addition to a cooker, oven, washer/dryer combination, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and electric kettle. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed (UK) / queen-size bed (US) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower. Guest access If you don’t have much time to go out and about, your local shopping centre is just a 4-minute walk away. Meadowbank Shopping Park has all you need for your supplies (Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Home Bargains, B & M, KFC and Costa Coffee). The apartment is situated by Lochend Park which is a popular country-style park. The loch (lake), with a wide variety of waterfowl, is the main attraction, but there are also historic buildings and a children’s play area. The park holds a Green Flag in recognition that it is a high-quality green space. Other things to note No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted, including on the balcony. Self-check-in is unavailable; therefore, I personally greet all guests. A £40 late check-in fee applies to arrivals after 10:00 PM, payable in cash upon arrival.
