In the old mansion, there is a sunny, eastern style and private, “Aphrodite” room in shared self service house, with a private WC. (PLEASE READTHE WHOLE DESCRICTION AND THE HOUSE RULES before you book). The room is cozy and big –there is double bed and a single sofa, where an extra person can sleeps, wardrobe, bed side tables, table and mirror for personal use. The room is on the first floor, it is wood and stone-built, so it is ideal for the hot summer days. There are traditional wooden windows and shutters. Door has a lock. All linens, towels and maps provided. There is a wooden shared balcony with panoramic view to the island of Thasos and Mount Athos. Shared fully equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV, pretty yard and bathroom with shower which you share it with guests from the other room. There is washing machine and iron in house. You are kindly requested to use all those shared facilities with special care. There are four rooms in the house, one is for your private use, the others are similarly rented to other guests. We are living in the second floor and we are available via phone or internet to assist you with any kind of questions you might have. We also provide maps and instructions for our guests to use. Guest access You will have your private bedroom “Aphrodite” and you will share the house with other quests, of the other room – open kitchen, outdoor bathroom, living room, balcony and yard. You will be welcome to use all common area and facilities but are also kindly requested to be respectful with the other quests. In the room smoking is NOT allowed, but is allowed in the small yard and in outside –places of the house. We expect from our quests to clean and put things back after each use. During your stay This place is ideal for independent travelers. We live in the property and are almost available (on reasonable times) and by phone, by internet. We also offer most of the basic information about transport in town and other suggestions in generally. If you are confused about something or do not understand feel free to ask, we are always happy to help! Other things to note We DON’T offer breakfast. It is very important for us to know if you are traveling alone or as a couple, so please do the registration accordingly! Thank you! Also please note the check in (after 14.00) and check out (before 11.00). To provide good cleaning service we cannot always be very flexible with check in/out times, but we try to do our best to help our guests. LATE CHECK IN is ok-but you must be not noisy- as we have other guests too. Price is calculated by airbnb depending on date and number of guests you have inserted in your injury. CLEANING FEE IS ONLY ONCE and not depending from the days of accommodation. We want you to feel like home but please keep in mind that there are things, habits and house standards that might be completely different from the ones that you have in your country. For example almost no one in Greece owns a cloth dryer, king size bed or English type toaster. Be prepared to experience Kavala the authentic way the way we do. ! TRASH- Guests are requested to deposit their trash regularly (and certainly prior to their departure) in the green colored trash collection containers in the street. Please recycle. The blue containers in the street are for recycling materials. KITCHEN-We expect from our guests, prior to their departure to clean their dishes and leave the kitchen as velar as they found it. In case that you do not wish to clean your dishes or you do not have time to do it, you can leave 14 euro in cash in the kitchen for the cleaning lady. TOILET- Thank you for helping us save the environment and the Greek seas. No paper towels, Kleenex for feminine products to be flushed in toilet. With every stay regardless the length of stay, we offer 2 rolls of toilet paper. TOWELS –are provided but are not to be used as a bath mat or o remove makeup. Respect the neighbors- Please restrain from making noises between 14.30-17.30 at noon and 23.00-08.00a.m. at night. This is a NON – smoking house.
