If you don't have any, you can rent them from an external company. CLEANING: Thank you for all the attention you will have for this house, to which I attach particular importance having spent 6 months renovating it. Guests are required to clean the property as the rental price does not include a cleaning fee. Also, thank you in advance for the very careful cleaning you would like to do at the end of the rental, before your departure for the following tenants. - If you do not want to do the cleaning, a cleaning fee is possible at the end of the stay in the amount of €50 (Notify me early enough to see if I can organize it, especially in summer) - Empty and evacuate the garbage cans to the collection points next to the house (especially not at the foot of the door on the street) NOISE / PARTIES: Noisy and lively evenings, parties, are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
