Beirut-New Jdeideh spacious and sunny apartment

Welcome to my apartment! It is set in the middle of a well-known commercial street, very close to downtown Beirut, Hamra, Achrafieh, Mar Michael and Gemayze. This spacious and comfy apartment is fully equipped with all essential needs for an enjoyable stay. Excellent location for both short and long stay. The space The apartment is on the 7th floor where you have the view to the mountains from the living and dining room, and to the sea from the kitchen. (Lift is available 24hours). It is located in a quiet residential area where you can find a big variety of boutiques for shopping and supermarkets too, hairdressers, phone shops, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and coffee shops that you can walk to. You can even get your daily traditional lebanese breakfast (man’ousheh) from the bakery downstairs!! Beirut nightlife spots are very accessible (5minutes drive to Mar Mikhael and Gemayze). Guest access It is a modern style house, freshly furnished with AC units for winter and summer as well. Full kitchen access with a brand new fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. You can also find bath and face towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Any extras upon request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Other things to note Guests will have access to the building 24 hours, the main gate key will be provided and the apartment will be freshly cleaned for your arrival. If you wish to add a daily cleaning service, we can organize a housekeeper upon your request for an additional charge, and she is available most days. We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs, depending on availability; but in general, check in is mid afternoon and check out is midday. If a third guest (more than 2 people) wishes to stay over, there will be an additional charge of $15 per night. In case of a guest staying longer than 15 nights, we will give the place a quick cleaning makeover, and charge a supplementary cleaning fee of $20 for every other two weeks, in order to keep your space bright and clean.
