The space Apartment Sara (4 starts, 100 square meters) is located on the first floor of a family house, 530 meters distance from the beach up the hill. It has its own parking lot. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and one toilet ,fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the islands. A 40-square-meter swimming pool with a well-kept surrounding sunbathing area is only for you. Not shared with another guests. Distance from the beach: 2 minutes by car, 10 minutes walking. Very close to the nature park Učka. The house is air-conditioned and it comes with WiFi and TV. Other things to note A passport or ID cards must be supplied for every person wishing to stay. This is required by law for the purpose of registration in our Tourist Board office. Please keep the apartment clean and in order during your stay. The property is to be returned in clean condition just as found upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause in the apartment. The owner has the right to charge the amount needed to repair or remediation of any damage inflicted. We respect our neighbors, please do the same. Noise and rumble are not welcomed in the apartment, particularly during the sleeping time between 22:00 and 08:00 in the morning. Other people who are not my guests are not allowed to reside in the apartment without my permission. The host can enter the apartment in the absence or presence of the guest when there is reason to believe that the apartment or the guest is in danger or that the guest violated the house rules.
