Little Red Studio - 5mins walk to waterfront&cafes

This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area. The space The space features cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchenette and bathroom, work space, Queen bed, sofa bed lounge, coffee pod machine and wide screen TV with Netflix, making this space a stylish and tranquil getaway. A new air conditioner has also been recently installed. Bifold doors open to the private pergola area along the front of the studio where you can have a BBQ or just sit and enjoy the private courtyard garden. The outdoor space has recently been upgraded to include a covered patio area, and a fresh lawn. The whole space is also now more private with new fencing surrounding the yard to provide great privacy. We also have solar because we know how much everyone cares about the environment we live in. If you would like help with the porta-cot, or sofa lounge, please let us know. Guest access Guests will have complete private access to the studio. A car space is available for small vehicles, and there is free parking on the street for all large vehicles. It is best to reverse park into the carpark. Other things to note A portacot is available for use if required at no extra cost (please bring your own sheets and blankets). A portable induction cooktop has been included in the kitchen to use as a stove. The lounge is also a sofa bed. Everything you need to turn it into a sofa bed is left in the studio. On Airbnb guest ratings are very important. 5 stars means that the accomodation was everything you expected based on the photos and descriptions (Unlike hotels where 5 stars mean luxury). For long stays, extra cleans can be arranged at a cost of $90. Please let us know the frequency required.
