Family accommodation, exclusively for families. Charming house with pool, a short walk from the historic center and a few minutes' drive from the beaches. All the advantages of a spacious house, a small garden, a quiet cul-de-sac, a refreshing swimming pool for adults and fun for children... 10 minutes' walk from the Ecusson and its history... 25 minutes' drive from the beaches of Carnon or Palavas... 35 minutes from Pic Saint-Loup and the hinterland... The space First of all... it's our home, take care of it because we love it! This is not just a rental house... It dates from the 1950s, 150 m2 with a small garden surrounding the house. It is located in a quiet and wooded cul-de-sac, with facilities for free parking. The entrance hall opens onto a 45 m2 living room, with stove, TV area and reading corner. The fully equipped kitchen is separated by a glass wall and opens directly onto the garden. A toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms: two children's bedrooms, a small guest bedroom and the master bedroom on two levels. A small shower room, a large bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level. Guest access Parking is free in the cul-de-sac, we walk to town, to visit the surroundings we use the car. Please note, there are two train stations in Montpellier, Gare Saint Roch is the closest. Other things to note It's a perfect family home for a relaxing vacation. This is a townhouse, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Out of respect for the neighborhood, we do not want parties or noise during your stay. We have a cat and two turtles that stay at home during rentals.
