Located a short distance from the majestic Dolomites, just 8 km from Belluno. The property is located near the renowned ski areas of Alleghe and Monte Civetta, also offering access to hiking trails and mountain biking trails. All amenities are easily accessible in minutes by car. The space The 100 sqm house is at your complete disposal, and includes outdoor parking for 2-3 cars. You can also freely enjoy the large garden with terrace. The house has "Green" systems such as photovoltaic panels and a heat pump for heating. It has air conditioning in every room for summer cooling. Guest access Our house has three cozy bedrooms that offer the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Here's how our room layout works: For bookings with two guests, the second and third bedrooms will be locked by default. However, if you want to access the second bedroom, please let us know in advance and we'll be more than happy to open it for you. For bookings with three or four guests, the third bedroom will also be initially locked. If you'd like to use this room, please let us know in advance and we'll make sure it's ready for your stay. When your reservation includes five or more guests, all three bedrooms will be readily available, ensuring ample space for everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay.
