My home is a very special apartment which feels warm and spacious with wonderful city and leafy green views. It’s in a peaceful setting close to the NGV, the Shrine and Botanical Gardens and also close to all major sporting facilities. You can walk to the city centre easily or it is 2 tram stops away. There is a large outdoor swimming pool, full sized tennis court and a very well equipped gym with sauna also a shared BBQ area. I have lift access and on-site parking with a permit. Perfect for all events including the Spring Racing Carnival, Tennis, Cricket and the Grand Prix. Guest access My guests have their own entrance, balcony and living room and, when I'm not there full use of the rest of my home.
