Cottage at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail

This well-equipped house is located in a renovated farm (mas) on a quiet country lane on the outskirts of the well-known winegrowing village of Vacqueyras. The swimming pool and spacious terrace area of our Chambres d'hôtes "Côté Dentelles" with a comfortable sitting area in the shade can be shared. The space The lovingly decorated 90 m² holiday home consists of a cosy living room with a large open kitchen and flat-screen TV on the ground floor. In summer, the old stone walls provide a pleasantly cool climate, and for chilly winter evenings there is a small wood-burning stove (firewood is provided). The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and blender. An antique spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a separate WC. The large bedroom has a flat screen TV and a walk-in wardrobe and has direct access to the bathroom with shower. Two steps lead down from the hallway to the smaller bedroom with its own sink and shower. In winter, both bedrooms can be heated via the air conditioning with heat pump, the ground floor has underfloor heating. Guest access A staircase next to the house leads directly to the 14 x 3,5 metre heated outdoor pool with many seating and lounging options and shady parasols. The spacious terrace with citrus and olive trees as well as oleander and lavender bushes invites you to linger and relax. A lounge area under a shaded awning is equipped with tables and chairs and allows you to enjoy your meals overlooking the pool. You will find a toilet as well as an outdoor shower in the pool house. The pool and terrace area is shared with the guests of the B&B Côté Dentelles. In the main house of the B&B is a fitness room with a spinning machine, treadmill, cross trainer and vibration plate, which is available to guests of the holiday home. Other things to note A fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all indoor and outdoor areas. The house is located in the heart of the famous wine-growing region of Vacqueyras.
