Bright & spacious double room with free parking

Hello, welcome to my humble abode! There's only me living here currently and I'm now letting out one of the bedrooms. The house is a large 3-bed semi with a big garden and ample space. Please note, I only allow one guest to stay. The house is situated on the edge of Bath, but with easy access to the city centre by bus, a 40min walk or a 10min drive. There’s an area for parking next to the house which generally always has space. If not, there’s plenty of free on-street parking Guest access You're welcome to use the kitchen/dining room During your stay I work during the week, but should be around on the weekends and in the evenings. I won't be home until 6pm on weekdays, but I have a keysafe, so happy for you to check yourself in from 3pm. Checkout is by 10am
