The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 9-story building. In the street there are shops, post office, few banks and supermarket across the street. In 300 metres from apartment is located aqua park Karibiya. The apartment has a total area of 53 m² and consist of 2 separate rooms (one with a balcony), long corridor, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen. The apartment is furnished, has all the necessary household appliances: Big room with pull-out sofa (2,2m x 2m), TV. Smaller room with pull-out sofa (2m x 2m), large wardrobe, balcony.
